Chinese: Conversation and Culture
Are you curious about the Chinese language, but think it is too difficult to learn? Are you interested in the Chinese culture? Are you considering traveling to China for business or pleasure? Then these two courses are for you. These two eight-week courses have been developed in such a way as to facilitate a fast and most enjoyable way to learn this most unusual and colourful language. It will also provide the student with deep insights into the culture and lives of the Chinese people. The material includes city, providence names, street signs, common vocabulary found on signs and business shops. Class work will include travel and food vocabulary and some basics for reading the language.Topics - Course objectives
