The mission of the IT Help Desk is to provide quality service to the YCP community in addressing all technology-related needs. Located in PAC 181, the IT Help Desk is a friendly place to discuss technical concerns. Students, faculty and staff receive assistance with general computing issues including hardware, campus-supported software, network connectivity and user accounts. We provide problem resolution and personal assistance to help you make the most of YCP and personal technology resources such as handheld devices and game consoles.
Faculty and staff can also take advantage of training to make use of campus-supported equipment and applications such as Microsoft Office and Terminalfour Content Management System.
