F/T Staff position available immediately in Campus Operations. Provides assistance to the Dean of Campus Operations in a confidential environment; assist with construction projects and associated budgets; monitor campus utilities for efficiency/cost savings; help organize external vendors and services; interest in furniture acquisition and design or plans; attend and record minutes for the Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees; attend and record minutes for the Campus Safety Committee; and type, proofread and distribute correspondence.
Requires high school diploma (2 yr. College degree/post-secondary training pref.); 3-5 years secretarial/office support experience; licensed notary public or willingness to be certified; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, College personnel and general public.
