Payment options

Several convenient options for you to handle your bill

After you have filed the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to take advantage of all grants, scholarships and federal student loans that are available, the following payment options are available to pay the remaining balance.

Please contact Financial Aid for information on Student Loans, Federal Direct Parent Plus Loans, and Private Loans.

Payment or arrangements for payment must be made before a student may enter class. A monthly late payment fee will be applied to all past due accounts. Any collection costs are the responsibility of the student.

  • Online payments

    A secure payment may be made online via electronic check (ACH) or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee (4.25% international fee) charged by Higher One, Inc., our partner for processing student payments. There is no additional fee for ACH transactions. Click for instructions on How to Pay Your eBill Online.  There is no convenience fee charged for paying tuition and/or housing deposits online with a credit card. 

    Students can grant access to a parent or guardian to view their account and make online payments. Please see the YCPWeb for Parents page for more information. For instructions on how to make a payment through YCPWeb for Parents, please see Online Payments for Parents.

  • Mail payments

    Checks or money orders may be sent to the attention of the York College Business Office, 441 Country Club Rd, York, PA 17403-3651. Checks should be made payable to York College of PA. Please include the student ID on your check.

  • In person payments

    Checks, money orders and cash will be accepted at the Business Office during regular business hours. Checks should be made payable to York College of PA.

  • Installment plan

    Information regarding the payment plan is mailed directly to students from Higher Education Services, Inc. The 10-month installment plan enables parents and students to budget all or a portion of the annual college costs into 10 payments. The plan is offered at an annual cost of $55 without interest or financial charges. For more detailed information please contact HES at 800.422.0010 or visit highereducationservices.org. Please note that this plan includes both the fall and spring terms. The plan is not available for a single term.
